Dr. Kasmika Borah is a Project Research Scientist-II (Postdoctoral Researcher) with a PhD in Computer Science and Information Technology from Cotton University, Assam, India. She is currently engaged in Radiogenomics Research in Oncology. Her research interests lie at the intersection of Computational Biology, Bioinformatics, Oncology, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and Biomedical Sciences.

Avik Sengupta

Avik Sengupta is a research scholar at the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad, working under the leadership of Dr. Rahul Kumar in Computational Genomics and Transcriptomics lab. He has completed his Master in Science (M. Sc.) from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela in Life Sciences and did a project in nanobiotechnology as his master thesis project. He has pursued his Bachelors in Science (B. Sc. Hons.) in Microbiology from University of North Bengal, West Bengal. His current interests are colorectal cancer studies, drug discovery, biomarker discovery, and AI/ML based-prediction server development.

Sushree Sangita Kar

Sangita, a Ph.D. scholar with CSIR-UGC fellowship, has completed her M.Sc. in Zoology from Banaras Hindu University (BHU) and her B.Sc. in Zoology from Odisha University of Agriculture and Technology (OUAT), Bhubaneswar. Her current research interests center around the application of single-cell transcriptomics to the study of breast cancer. This cutting-edge approach allows her to delve into the molecular profiles of individual cancer cells, uncovering novel gene expression patterns and signaling pathways that may serve as potential therapeutic targets.

Bhanu Teja Korra

Bhanu Teja Korra, a Ph.D. scholar supported by the CSIR-UGC Fellowship, focuses on studying the relationship between epigenetics and cancer. He did his Bachelor's degree from Osmania University, Hyderabad, and his Master's degree in Molecular Medical Microbiology from IIT Kharagpur. Previously, he worked as a Project JRF at the National Institute of Virology, Pune, and as a Project Associate at the Centre for Cellular and Molecular Biology (CCMB) in Hyderabad.

Subashani

Subashani is a Ph.D. Scholar working under the CSIR-UGC Senior Research Scholarship scheme in Department of Biotechnology, Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad, India. She received her Bachelors of Science in Biology from Dr. Bhim Rao Ambedkar University Agra, India in 2019 and Masters of Science in Biochemistry from Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University Kanpur, India in 2021. She is interested in leveraging multi-omics data for studying disease biology and prognosis.

Vinodini D is a Ph.D. scholar at the Department of Biotechnology, Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IIT-H), supported by a CSIR Fellowship. She completed her Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Biotechnology from East West Institute of Technology, Bangalore. Her research interests lie in computational investigations for cancer diagnosis and therapeutics, utilizing bioinformatics and computational techniques for cancer treatment strategies.

Jyothiraditya

Jyothiraditya is a PhD scholar in the Department of Biotechnology at IITH. He has done his BTech in Biotechnology from the National Institute of Technology Calicut and MTech in Polymers and Biosystems Engineering from IITH in 2023 and 2025 respectively. For his Master's thesis, he has worked on machine learning based minimum inhibitory concentration prediction of antibiotics. He is interested in Computational biology and Cancer Genomics.

Manjima Manoj

Manjima Manoj is a Ph.D. scholar at the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad (IITH), supported by the CSIR Junior Research Fellowship (JRF). She has also qualified for GATE 2025. She completed her Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Genomic Science from the Central University of Kerala. Prior to her Master's, she earned her Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Chemistry, Botany, and Zoology from Jyoti Nivas College, Bengaluru, affiliated with Bengaluru City University. Her research focuses on using computational genomics and bioinformatics to study the molecular mechanisms of cancer.

Aleya Bhattacharjee

Aleya Bhattacharjee is a Ph.D. Scholar at the Computational Genomics and Transcriptomics Lab, Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad. She completed her B.Tech and M.Tech in Biotechnology from the Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology (KIIT), Bhubaneswar. She has qualified Joint CSIR-UGC NET JRF, GATE Biotechnology, and DBT BET 2026 JRF. Her Master's thesis focused on single-cell RNA-seq analysis of Head and Neck Squamous Cell Carcinoma (HNSCC). She is passionate about computational biology and cancer research.

Samiksha Maurya

Samiksha Maurya is a PhD scholar at the Indian Institute of Technology Hyderabad, working in the Computational Genomics and Transcriptomics lab. She completed her M.Tech. in Computational Biology from Indraprastha Institute of Information Technology (IIIT-Delhi) and B.Tech in Biotechnology from Ashoka Institute of Technology & Management, Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh. Her master's thesis focused on developing the enhancer perturbation database, ePerturbDB. She also worked as a project associate at CSIR–Institute of Genomics and Integrative Biology (CSIR-IGIB), New Delhi, in the field of metagenomics. Her research interests lie at the intersection of computational biology and cancer genomics.
