Situated in the Department of Biotechnology, IIT Hyderabad, our lab focuses on identifying molecular drivers of disease through Radiogenomics, Transcriptomics, Epigenomics, and Single-Cell analysis. We specialize in developing computational databases and leveraging AI/ML to integrate clinical imaging with radiomics and multi-omic data for Cancer, and Neurodegenerative disorders. Our mission is to translate these high-resolution insights into actionable biomarkers and personalized therpy and disease diagnosis.
