- Each accepted paper needs at least one author to complete a Regular/Author registration by 1st February, 2018. For an accepted paper, if the only author registering for NCC 2018 is a student then he/she has to do a regular/author registration.
- Please note that GST at 18% will be levied on the registration charges.
- For authors with multiple papers, one regular/author registration covers two accepted papers.
- Accommodation charges are NOT covered by registration fees.
- Cancellation of registration is not allowed in general. In case of any refunds for special cases, the refund (after deducting processing charges) will be made after the conference is over.
