Accommodation
The participants can either stay in IITH hostels or hotels with whom IITH has negotiated discounted rates. The institute provides free transport facility from the hostel as well as the below mentioned hotels to the conference venue.
Participants Accommodation
Participants accommodation is available on a first-come first-served basis. It will be on sharing basis in IIT Hyderabad hostels (ODF Campus), which is about 13 km from the IITH main campus. Charges are Rs 100 per day (excluding meals). The female participants get accommodated in Kandi girls hostels which are at walkable distance from the conference venue.The said charges have to be paid through SBI collect form of institute by mentioning NCC in remarks field (https://www.onlinesbi.com/sbicollect/icollecthome.htm) and have to produce the recipient at hostel office to avail the accommodation.
We request the participants to send an email with subject line" NCC 2018 Accommodation" to the hostel office (hostel@iith.ac.in) by giving Cc to (hanu4b2@iith.ac.in). With the necessary information such as Name of the participant, Date of arrival and Departure ,Attach the SBI collect payment receiptInstructions:
