Course Description

This is an undergraduate freshman course intended to refresh basic concepts on electrostatics and magnetostatics, as well as introduce ideas on using vector calculus to deal with these fields. The students will learn to formulate the Maxwell's equations with appropriate boundary conditions for different scenarios as well as solve the equations to calculate the fields and potentials.
