Research Synopsis

I am working on protein signal processing and applying the processing techniques in the VLSI Domain perspective. My research work mainly deals with separating the mixture of proteins using ICA (Independent component Analysis) which is obtained from Mass Spectrometry and applying signal processing techniques.
